Oh that God would give every mother a vision of the glory and splendor of the work that is given to her when a babe is place in her bosom to be nursed and trained! Could she have but one glimpse in to the future of that life as it reaches on into eternity; could she look into it's soul to see its possibilities; could she be made to understand her own personal responsibility for the training of this child, for the development of its life, and for its destiny,--she would see that in all God's world there is no other work so noble and so worthy of her best powers, and she would commit to no others hands the sacred and holy trust given to her." -JR Miller

Curriculum Clear Out - Giveaway

I'm giving away this book - geography through Art, I bought it but have never used it as it's aimed at older children (9+ I believe)

If you would like it completely free of cost then leave a comment below and there will be a draw at the end of April.

If you want to participate then check out this blog for information

Thank you to If not school for hosting this, it's a great idea

Thanks for stopping by my blog earlier today!! The bulk cooking sure does come in handy when we spend a long day doing school, errands, or outdoor work. Planning is essential!! We have homeschooled for 22 years now and things still go better when I have a plan in hand. Blessings to you!!

Hi Sarah,

Thank you all for entering, I will be getting the children to "pull" a winner from a hat this weekend and will be in touch with the winner by Monday.

Anna - what ages are you homeschooling? And what kind of style do you prefer? I find lots and lots of freebies online and am just finding our own kind of style at the moment - it's definately a learning curve xx
